Jessica Nogueras is the Administrative Tax Manager at Carlin & Associates, assisting clients, managing associates, and ensuring all operations move smoothly and timely. Jessica uses her knowledge of company logistics, project management, and willingness to learn and help in any situation, which makes her a very important new member of the team. She has more than 16 years experience as an administrative and executive assistant and has worked in accounting since 2013.

Organized and a great manager and assistant to any team, Jessica adds above and beyond customer service, along with being able to step in during any situation and find solutions. She understands the value of helping people and working as a team to get projects done.

Jessica was born and raised in California and has lived in San Francisco 16 years. She graduated from San Francisco State University, majoring in Labor and Employment Studies.

Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning new things, reading the new books section at the library, and working on art projects in her spare time!
