Jennifer McNamee is the Office Manager at Carlin & Associates, assisting clients and ensuring operations move along smoothly and timely. Jennifer also heads the HR department for the firm and manages the progression of each project, while managing employees. Her knowledge of company operations, calming presence and willingness to assist in any situation makes her a vital member of the firm. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and has been in her current position since 2015.
Organized and adept at multitasking, Jennifer adds that ever-important “personal touch” to client relations. She understands the value of timely service and takes an old-school, hard-working approach to customer service that clients appreciate.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Jennifer attended University of San Francisco, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and later earned her master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development at USF as well.
Jennifer is currently a member of SHRM Northern California, a leading professional HR authority in the Bay Area.
