Doug Richter has been providing tax & accounting services to clients of all sizes and industries for over twenty years.

Doug focuses on tax compliance and consulting for individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, & estates. He thrives on building strong client relationships through interaction and communication to help assess their planning needs.

Doug grew up in New York. He initially attended the University of Florida before transferring back up to Hofstra University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He played lacrosse at both schools. After moving to Greenville, SC, he attended Clemson University where he earned his MBA.

In 2007, Doug moved to Charlotte, NC where he currently lives with his wife of 20 yrs., Tiffany, and their son James. He spent his first 11 years there working for the likes of PwC, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of North Carolina and Kentucky. Doug is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of CPA’s.
