Financial Oversight Manager

Before joining Carlin Associates, Peter served as an Accounting Manager for a commercial property management company in the SF Bay Area managing a diverse portfolio that included shopping centers, offices, and mixed-use buildings. His key responsibilities included leading ERP and software implementations, establishing internal controls, managing bank relationships, and overseeing operative accounting functions.

Peter’s career also includes significant international experience. As a Financial Controller for the Colas Group in Europe, he was instrumental in company-wide cash flow planning, conducting variance analysis, and financial planning for projects. He ensured that all projects adhered to financial plans and objectives.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Budapest Business University.
